# SIP-12: Replenish Samurai Node NFT's rewards

## Motivation

Samurai Node NFTs have continuously attained xHNR token rewards in accordance with their appropriate tiers from the protocol’s relevant rewards pool / smart contract(s).

This proposal suggests for the protocol to mint and allocate 30 000 000 xHNR governance tokens for the purposes of replenishing, enabling and appropriately facilitating the protocol’s rewards distributions to Samurai Node NFT holders.

## Specification

Mint 30 000 000 xHNR governance tokens to the relevant smart contract / pool, for the purposes of further facilitating the Samurai Node NFT token rewards:

Allocate 25 000 000 xHNR to the pool below:\
